I have a Deepavali open house yesterday and few of my clients came to visit me. While having a dinner one of my client asked me “Kanicen, how actually you bring people come your website?”.
I just smile for few seconds and answered him.
“It’s simple and it’s a normal question people asked me all the times, how to drive more traffic to a website”.
I told him, by building a website with latest technology and trends are not enough and won’t do the trick. There are tons of ways that you can implement to move the traffic and improve your website popularity and rankings. I personally used few simple ways to drive traffic to my website(s) and so far it gave me good returns.

Search engine optimization or also known as SEO, is one of the hottest topics in website development today. Everyone especially web developers will bring this topic whenever having a meeting with clients(s).
So, what is SEO actually?
Simple! It’s a process of pushing your website to a higher position in the search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN and etc. There are some process and work involves to do this and it must be done with the proper way to get the best results.

Search Engine Marketing or SEM is the promotion of websites through advertising placement which also know as PPC Advertising.
