The world has changed entirely since the internet arrived in our lives. It would not be greater than the limits of reason to say that this has been the single biggest development in the large-scale communication since the invention of the telephone, and is in fact on a par with that invention. Can you imagine today your daily routine without the accessibility to internet? No Facebook, no twitter, no emails, no online shopping, no reading news… you get the picture. Now, marketing without the internet? How you would go about it?

No doubt that marketing come first before the internet and as it was promising in the times before we got online, it would remain promising if the world’s servers started having disaster tomorrow. Honestly, we can still market offline now, quite easily. Yet, it seems like an outdated thing to consider especially when the internet offers you free advertising, why would you bother with another method?

In reality, there are countless reasons why you should consider it. For one thing, not everyone has the access to the internet. Some people don’t have a computer or laptop and cannot afford to get one. Some turn down the idea to have the internet connection for personal reasons, and still others are likely to unconsciously disbelieve things that are sold via the internet. So, with the existence of such issues, you should have an offline marketing strategy as well as an online one.
